This Refund Policy should be read together with our Returns & Warranty page. Return, exchange, warranty and refund eligibility depends on the product, its condition and the terms applicable to that item.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Chargero promptly with your order details. We may reasonably ask for photos, video, packaging details or other information needed to understand and verify the issue.

Compatibility
Charger wattage, charging protocol and cable requirements vary by phone model. Please use our Find Your Charger guide or contact us before ordering if you are unsure about compatibility. A compatibility issue is not necessarily a product defect.

Return eligibility
Before sending any product back, please contact us first. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions. Product-specific terms shown on the relevant product listing apply where applicable.

Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or physical damage after delivery may not qualify for return, exchange, warranty service or refund, subject to applicable law and the terms relevant to the product.

Resolution
After the issue and item are reviewed, the appropriate resolution may include replacement, exchange, warranty handling, or a refund where applicable. The available resolution depends on the circumstances, product-specific terms and stock availability.

Refund processing
If a refund is approved, the method and processing time will depend on the original payment method and the practical payment arrangements available. For Cash on Delivery orders, Chargero will coordinate the refund method with the customer.

Return shipping
Please do not send a product back before contacting us. We will provide the appropriate return instructions after confirming eligibility.
